| Dr. Romano is an accomplished dentist in the field of General and Cosmetic Dentistry as well as in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry. His comprehensive expertise in these four major areas of dentistry enables him to provide complete dental care geared for each patient's individual needs. Dr. Romano graduated with honors in 1973 from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Cabrini Medical Center in Manhattan in 1974, a Certificate in Periodontics (Study of the supporting tissues of the teeth) from New York University in 1978 and by becoming a Fellow of Implant Dentistry also at New York University in 1995. In just the last six years Dr. Romano has spent over 1900 hours in continuing education - proof of his dedication to providing the most up-to-the-minute care for his patients. Dr Romano has also devoted part of his time to teaching Periodontics and Implant Dentistry as Assistant Clinical Professor at New York University and at Lutheran Medical Center as chief of Periodontics.
